THINK TWICE!!! I had an extremely disappointing experience leasing office space here for my medical business. Before signing the lease, I made it very clear to Taylor, who was managing leases at the time, that I do not live in Alaska and would be traveling back and forth. Because of that, I specifically asked whether I would have reliable access to the building after hours and on weekends, since those were essential requirements for my business. Very open area, many choices for your room rental needs. Affordable. plenty of support equipment. Reasonable rates.
This is a great place to rent an office for the day. The staff was friendly, and the office had good space for client meetings. Great location and parking right in Midtown. Would absolutely use again!
