I have been on a wait list for almost a year with no communication unless I call to check the status. Time to look elsewhere.
Tom Lyttle lies! He promised help getting thru The Portal Process and there is no real Portal support. Getting a response to left vmail messages takes weeks for a response from the office staff. Even with calling back a couple of times over a several day time frame. His Office staff is extremely unprofessional! Two Faced even. Do Not Waste your Time Going here!,,

A few years ago I was running late for my appointment with Tom because that day we were hit with a major snow storm. Not only do I live down KGB but because of terrible conditions, I ended up in the ditch at the end of my driveway with two kids. I immediately called up the office an hour before my appointment to let the secretary know what just happened to me and I'm doing everything I can to shovel myself out and be there on time.
