Tom was highly recommended and I wish we could have connected but consistent failures by front desk admin staff have ridiculously delayed or served as barriers to care - on multiple occasions. As a mental health provider myself I am beyond disappointed and can provide details so it can be adequately addressed. People shouldn't have to beg repeatedly for care.
I have been on a wait list for almost a year with no communication unless I call to check the status. Time to look elsewhere.
Tom Lyttle lies! He promised help getting thru The Portal Process and there is no real Portal support. Getting a response to left vmail messages takes weeks for a response from the office staff. Even with calling back a couple of times over a several day time frame. His Office staff is extremely unprofessional! Two Faced even. Do Not Waste your Time Going here!,,
