Only works on year 2000 and newer and all I needed was a new headlight bulb on my 99 so they refused. **edited**I have a 1992 Ford e250 and once the person found this out just told me that they only take 2000 or newer. Never took my name and number so therefore nothing would have shown up in any records, it was just an answered question.
