I had a auto start installed in my 2017 F150. The first morning I tried to use it the truck started but no heat inside. Steve immediately diagnosed an issued and he call the auto start manufacture. Steve ordered in a scanner to fix my problem. while waiting to the scanner to arrive by USP, I stopped by Ford in Kenia. Amazing service and even better experience. Took my truck in to get a remote start system installed. When I picked it up, Steve walked me through how it worked, helped me download an app that I can use to start it up. But that was just the normal service. I also told him my wife’s auto start on her car had stopped working about a month before. We tried looking up what do do with it to fix it but had no luck. I went in because my new car needed an auto start. The lady up front gave me all the information, told me the difference between them all, and was able to get me in right away! Amazing customer service, fast workers, and a very clean environment! We will definitely be back for more!
