I know it is my responsibility to ensure my bills are paid but being a single parent of three and two jobs is hard to keep on top of everything. My son ear started to hurt again so I contacted the doctor office to make my son appointment and they let me know that they could not due to the unpaid bill and they could not take it. This agency is the worst to work with. I created an auto payment for my medical bill, a few months later I called to pay the entire remaining balance off. They did not cancel the auto payment, so they continued to charge me the next month, even tho my bill was completely paid. I had to call multiple times to get my money back and fix the issue. The next month after the issue i thought was resolved, they send me a statement and say my overpayment now magically became me owing them more money. Again this is taking me multiple ... read more

Alaska Billing Services Inc is a very reasonable, very nice company for medical billing services. They went out of their way to help me with a difficult situation. They made my life quite a bit easier. They have worked with us to customize the presentation of data to meet our specifications. Alaska Billing Services Inc. and his team is a very professional, diligent, courteous company who I would recommend to anyone considering this service.

We have worked with Alaska Billing Services Inc. for about 1 year and we are extremely happy with the level of service they have provided. We have worked with other billing companies that charge a premium for their billing services without providing the same level of service as Alaska Billing Services Inc. The account manager is extremely knowledgeable and responsive to the needs of our clinic. I highly recommend them.

Alaska Billing Services is beyond awesome and effective amazingly! They are very professional, humble, and very helpful even though I was just inquiring about their service. They are kind-hearted, straight forward, and have a ton of patience! Would definitely recommend them if you're going through severe issues with your taxes.
