I contracted with PMBC to handle insurance billing for my practice and remained with them from Spring 2023 until April 2025. While I fulfilled all my obligations — including keeping a complete record of services provided — PMBC failed to do their part. I am a provider and writing to warn other providers of this company. I was a client of Prestige Medical Billing who sold my business to Alaska Billing Services without transparency or my permission. Once Alaska took over my accounts, and in the span of only a couple of months (February to April), they made numerous serious mistakes that cost me time, money and clients.
