I called and called, no one would return my call, so I finally went there in person. They told me they would not return my call because they refuse to work for LMTs! Sounds pretty unprofessional to me. At lease be responsible enough to return the call and tell someone you are unwilling to do the work!
When you call here, you get actual people! Grateful for the hard work of the staff and their hours of availability!

I am a provider and writing to warn other providers of this company. I was a client of Prestige Medical Billing who sold my business to Alaska Billing Services without transparency or my permission. Once Alaska took over my accounts, and in the span of only a couple of months (February to April), they made numerous serious mistakes that cost me time, money and clients.
