Do not work with this company! I also was part of the transition from PMBC and everything went completely off the rails when Alaska Billing purchased/merged with them. Nothing was being billed for months, making me lose thousands of dollars. There was zero accountability from either company and despite reaching out to Jared, the owner, I never heard a word back. I called and called, no one would return my call, so I finally went there in person. They told me they would not return my call because they refuse to work for LMTs! Sounds pretty unprofessional to me. At lease be responsible enough to return the call and tell someone you are unwilling to do the work!
When you call here, you get actual people! Grateful for the hard work of the staff and their hours of availability!
