I had them come out and do a spring tune-up. Went ok. Problem is the fraudulent billing. The tech was here for just under an hour (45-50 minutes), but I was billed for 1.5 hours. Called to correct the fraud, but they claimed the tech was here for just over an hour, so they billed for 1.5 hours. B.S. !!!!!!! Not going to argue, I’ll just be using another service provider next time.
Great service, great communication and the technicians are knowledgeable! They were spot on their quote they first gave me. Also they installed a bad check valve and after discovering the issue with the newly installed water pump. They came back out to fix the issue. The equipment and service is under warranty to a degree. I highly recommend Alaska Best! Ask for Lonnie as your technician! Very family oriented!

We had a few issues going on with our septic and water systems in the dead of winter, including a possible blockage, two leaks, and our air intakes freezing over every week or so.
