I highly recommend Alaska Bear RV Rentals. I had a home emergency which turned into a room rebuild and needed accommodations during the week of rebuild and found Alaska Bear RV Rentals the very best resource. Kate worked my rental into a week of use which kept me close to the rebuild in my home. The RV was clean, warm and comfortable with all necessities needed throughout the week. Kate was diligent and worked me into her busy schedule to ensure I had accommodations in my emergency
Although the dates of our trip kept changing due to other people's schedules, Kate adjusted to our schedule. I highly recommend Alaska Bear RV Rentals. She personally picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. Great service!
NOT a good experience. Felt deceived about the quality of the RV. The RV was 10 years old and not well maintained. She may offer some extras but they are what other people left. She is very difficult to communicate with. We should have walked away when we experienced difficulties booking our trip. Highly recommended you look at other companies. One of the reviews on this site are from Kate herself. ( k Lars). I would be suspicious of the other high reviews. I would give less than one star if I had the option.
