Although the dates of our trip kept changing due to other people's schedules, Kate adjusted to our schedule. I highly recommend Alaska Bear RV Rentals. She personally picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. Great service!
NOT a good experience. Felt deceived about the quality of the RV. The RV was 10 years old and not well maintained. She may offer some extras but they are what other people left. She is very difficult to communicate with. We should have walked away when we experienced difficulties booking our trip. Highly recommended you look at other companies. One of the reviews on this site are from Kate herself. ( k Lars). I would be suspicious of the other high reviews. I would give less than one star if I had the option.
This company is gracious with guests to provide ample pick up time so guests feel comfortable with their RV operations. RV rental pick up, paperwork and orientation takes 1-2 hours, time depending solely on guests questions and needs. All questions are answered according to need, and this company is conscientious to serve guests by giving extra driving orientation when needed for guests who need more instruction of RV operations. Pick up and orientation depends solely on guests needs, extra time given gladly when needed.
