I didn’t realize checking in for Alaska at ICT came with a side of unsolicited luggage "detailing". I encountered grumpy Mary at the check-in counter, who apparently decided her primary mission was to peel stickers off my suitcase without my permission. I let the first one slide, but when she went for the second, I had to tell her to stop. Her defense? She was "trying to help" prevent my bag from getting lost. It's the best airline crew I've ever encountered. We checked in at 1 pm. It's very polite and all super nice and easy to talk. Thank you, guys. I hope to fly with you guys again
One stars ONLY because we made it to our destination safely. My major concern was how dirty our seating area was. Things did not did look clean or sanitized. We let down our trey and it just looked gross! (Hair, Food) 😷 not only did they have a cleaning issue, upon our arrival we had to wait awhile to receive our luggage.
