I never had an issue with Alaska airlines customer service until I came to Pittsburgh. I waited 2 hours for a counter rep to check my bags only to be rudely told she wasn't gonna help me for another hour. I had two hungry kids and with only dunking doughnuts as a food option ticket counter side all we wanted was to get in and eat real food gate side.. Ibought a United Airlines ticket instead.
