Located conveniently after the security check for Terminal 7. Spacious seating areas, one near the food and bar, another small room with a big screen television, and a large room with padded individual seats and charging outlets. The hot food selection was good, along with a salad bar and snacks. There was a self service drink cooler with sodas and beers. The bar wasn’t open during my flight, but it looked well stocked. Most of the time I would give a rating on the lounge because of how wonderful the food and the variety is. The service has never been something to write home about. Usually, no one stands out as going out of their way. Until this place. Here, this is what gets five stars. The worst Alaska lounge we had visited. We were surprised by the experience to be honest. Staff was barely around and could not make steamed milk for any barista drinks. Then did not fill the hot water container for 2 hours despite knowing it was empty. There were almost no guests so maybe they don't know how to operate a lounge there. The staff shut down everything at 5:30 so you couldn't get any food or drinks within 30 min of closing. Pretty decent lounge. Comparable to other domestic airline lounges. Staff were friendly. Decent appetizer options.
lounge was ok. staff at the entrance was very rude. She must have been having a bad day. one of the rudest lady I have seen from customer experience perspective. food was good. you have soup, salad, fried rice, chicken wing etc. free soft drinks and coffee. bathrooms were also clean.
