This bank never answers the phone during business hours. Answering machine ask you to leave a voicemail instead of speaking to someone. They did return my call, I was told it was because of my statement on the voicemail. Apparently when I was talking to myself saying, "that's bad business for them to not be answering the phone buring business hours," as I was hanging up and calling back; part of my statement was caught on voicemail.
As long as the Anchorage branch, specifically Angela and Kalen, continue to work at AAGCU I will always bank at this institution. The relief I personally (and I do a lot), if I have any issues is invaluable to me. The intimate knowledge they posses combined with the efficiency they perform their jobs is priceless and only comes with experience and good leadership skills.
