My brother and I purchased 3 cars from this dealership and paid the payments that we needed when I lost my job I had to turn the car in and since my brother also had a car the owner made us turn both cars to him.He makes the money and down payments but if u miss a payment or two there is no forgiveness he doesn't work with you or listen to your issue so my brother had a HHR from them made his payments as always until he was having a major health issue and missed a couple payments,Alars did not care they came and got the car ... read more
Purchased 2012 Nissan from Alars in August 2023, 7 months later, and 5,000 out of pocket money, car has a 800.00 check engine light sensor issue . Contract says Not to call dealer for check engine light. or anything, because they will not call you back. they just don't care about customer if you are a woman. The owner said I was on my own.
