Terrible place, won't follow up on their mistakes – I didn't realize they installed my stereo incorrectly until my mechanic could not receive a diagnostics code from the car's computer, he told me to go back to the place the head-unit was installed, which was alarm-tronics, and have them correct their wiring error. I was left rude messages on my phone, received rudely when I arrived and told point blank that they would not work on my car because it was not their error and there was nothing wrong with the equipment. HORRIBLE customer service - He WONT take my money!!! – I've called him countless times, emailed, etc. and never get a response. His business hours on the store front, web site, described via email and told on the phone all differ, but none matter as he is closed every time I show up no matter which hours I use. I took off from work early, unpaid, and he was closed, I show up hours before close on Saturday and he is closed. These guys do great work! – These guys know what they do and the do it well. Just got an Alpine 9883 that works with my Ipod. I also have a nice sub setup. I was (literally) blown away with the sound quality!! No really I had a Sh@! eating grin for the whole ride. I heard sounds I never heard in the music. And the waves of bass rush through my body!!!!! These guys are the real deal. Flawless installs with the stereo and my car alarm. These guys rock! I would say if you want it done right go here!! Daniel
