Preston, the technician who did our installation was great! He explained all aspects of the equipment, and what would work best for our location. The explanations regarding use of touchscreen, etc. were concise and easy to employ. All in all, a very professional job presented in a friendly, easy going manner. Preston was fantastic. He was quick with installation and his run through even I could understand
Asked for an insurance quote after a loss and said we would need some weeks to get insurance approval. After that received texts and email everyday until I said stop or I will not deal with you. Then I started receiving weekly emails despite reminding them it will be a number of week before I had approval. Sales manager (j. Nash) didn't respond to calls and finally this is the last step to try and get them to stop spamming me. If you are lonely ask for a quote and they will talk to you everyday.
