Got an alarm system installed, was told that it was a monitored system. After everything was installed I found out it was not monitored. I had this system installed in Feb, it is now June and I’m still missing 3 cameras that have not been installed despite having 3 appointments where a technician came out 2 times nothing was done. I thought this was good company to deal with at first, but since I have signed up with them for the next 5 years, I am counting the days until this deal is done. Wanted cameras (2) installed with our system, but realized afterwards that I would need an additional app to see the cameras. They told me that this would be fixed within a month. It’s been 4 months and still nothing. Alarmtek has told it is still a few months away. Not holding my breath. Also our motion sensors didn’t work properly. Alarm kept going off.
