I appreciated Alarmtek’s quick installation, but my experience since has been frustrating. The technician arrived 45 mins late and installed a sensor on my bedroom door instead of the window as discussed, causing frequent false alarms. Troubleshooting was slow, with staff often unresponsive or miscommunicating appointments. The payment schedule was also misleading: I was told payments would start July 19, but a payment was taken June 24.
