I am ok with this product. For starts though the date of installation appointment was for 9 tech arrived at 9:40. To his credit he did text me he would be late. No teaching or demonstration of how to use product once installed. He did note the alarm did not react and beep when alarm was activated and door opened. Commented it was “strange” and took a photo of it. Next day I spent some time with tech support on phone rectifying that. I got rid of the doorbell cam as it was phantom notifying me. For more than six months, I’ve been dealing with ongoing problems with my AlarmTech system. Eventually, both my cameras and keypad went completely blank. At one point, my alarm was triggered while I was inside my own home, and I had no way to shut it off because I couldn’t press unarm the key pad or app. I had to rip the unit off the wall at 7am. I found a better deal - $60 for a outdoor camera with globe. Alarmtek wants 5k for 2 cameras and a tablet with less function/accessibility. Dumbest idea of my life signing a 5 year deal w them. If I miss a payment they harass me and double the charge, its 65/m or 115 if ya miss
