Very knowledgeable and did an excellent job installing our system. Really good to able to deal with such a great company
Had to get a replacement key pad and indoor camera recently, on a Saturday these guys went out of their way to help me out. Preston who installed by system came into their office on his day off to make sure I got the keypad. After arriving home to set up my new new pad, Paul Ratilla ensured my new hook up went smoothly. Hats off to those boys, great customer care.

I would not recommend AlarmTek to anyone. We had their system for 5 years (only because we were locked into the contract). Their equipment is garbage. We had multiple issues with it, and despite our agreement saying we had "5 year equipment warranty" every time I made a service call, they would try to make me purchase new equipment to replace it and pay service fees. Unless you call during 9-5 M-F, excluding holidays no one is working. The technical support must be severely understaffed, as I have rarely have been able to talk to someone. The app is severely deficient, as you can't see what password you are entering. I am glad I am on a month to month contract, after paying for my system in full. If these continuous issues are not resolved, then another company will take over my monitoring. So much for the 5 star reviews that may be written by family, friends or staff.
