This is the worst company I have ever had, never call back when promised, repairman never comes when appointment is booked, and no camera work. This company is a joke I would give them a 0 star but that is not an option I should have done research before I ordered this security system. Buyer beware they do not take service seriously and will not service you once you purchase it. So do your research as you will see they have really bad reviews, should take them to the BBB. Worst company service and equipment possible. Please research them before you purchase. Big lawsuit coming too stop this complete nonsense. Comment to AlarmTek’s response: After 2 years of nothing but a complete hassle, lies and the system not working - I will absolutely not take new equipment as all trust is completely lost. The best part is how you admitted that your equipment is terrible and got new stuff. All recorded and will be proven. I’m very excited too see you guys in court, among other things.

The employee was great, but I think your company should at least provide a free service call to customers at least once a year
