9/19 First off you really need to get some people skill, an learn how to give your customers a call back when you need to reschedule an appointment do to your error , an when they call you sitting outside your shop cuz they took the day off from work to make an appointment the you the buisnes owner do care to make , wow dude your very unprofessional man, so how about giving us a time on when you suppose to make it to your shop again an let's see if you'll make it
Took my car in on Saturday to get tinted. Was quoted a price, payed for it and left. 15 minutes later they called me to tell me they misquoted my price and upped it by $30 dollars. I told them to just go ahead and do it. This was at 11am, the time of my appointment. I called them at 2:30pm and was told it would be done later in the day. Two hours later they called me to tell me that they wouldn't be able to do it and I was welcome to leave it until Monday or bring it back. Grouchy and unprofessional service – My son recently had a radio installed in his car. He couldn't pick it up when it was done because he was busy, so he asked that if I could pick it up for him. When I get there the car is outside with the sunroof open. No one is in the store. The young man behind the counter tells me he couldn't install the speakers cause they were too big and so it would be only $500 for the radio, I ask if I could take a look and he seemed like it was a bother to him. AMAZING WORK. AMAZING SERVICE. Check them out first!!!!!! – This place will simply surprise and amaze ya! The showroom has a crazy lighting and sound effects thing going on. They carry dang near any brand you could possibly want and they know their stuff inside and out. I can't believe I haven't been here sooner. I've wasted so much time and money at other places. Now that I've found Alarms, ETC I'm gonna be a customer for life!
Incredibly deal. I got a Viper Alarm w/ Remote start and LCD paging for only $350. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! – I was totally blown away. I went in there just stopping by and the showroom is amazing w/ black lights, strobes and all sorts of cool gadgets. They carried everything from rims, tint, stereos..........and then the sales guy told me about the special they had on the alarm system and I couldn't pass it up.
