Glitchy software and tech service sucks. Paid 5-6k for 7 cameras and 1 alarm system and it’s been underwhelming. Every time I call for tech support I have to wait 5-10 minutes and then get a bunch of attitude and or get forwarded to accounts receivable when I’m trying to get to tech support.
Terry and the team at TDM Enterprises provides the absolute best service and products. I had Terry's team do the alarm system installation for our house and then used him for a $10,000 custom home AV system. Eric and Terry's son did an outstanding job and I would recommend them to anyone. Terry's team was also the best pricing I found. I had another company come in to do some electrical work and Terry / TDM had to come back as the other electrical company did a horrible job.
