I pay for iBridge every month now for over 2 years and it never works. I have called about it 8 times and nobody can fix it, but they sure can bill me for it.
They were helpful yes I like the service they provide in person. When you need help. But phone manners or customer service on the phone are not good. Major attitude --
Donovan and Charles did a wonderful job, upgrading our system which we have had for many years. And they refused to accept a tip!
