Was supposed to reimburse for batteries. They keep saying the money was deposited into my account, but it has been three days and I haven't received the funds in my account yet. If you tell your customer that you have taken care of something...... By all means stand behind it. I don't know who's account this money went in.... But it wasn't mine.
Worst alarm company ever. Had services with the company have had issue off and on since I had the system. Call and always put on hold until they hang up. About a month ago the system started going off all day and night, after several calls and messages to the owner I was informed they would send a tech out. As of today no tech has showed up and when I call the company the answering service answers, take a message and no one calls back. Yes, the camera monitor is wonderful. For the amount of money I am paying for it I would have expected the alarm service to be as wonderful. It is not. I would like to see more reviews on the alarm systems if people got the alarms. It malfunctions too much. I am now going to be paying money for false alarms. When you need service you might get a reply like we did "use superglue on the sensor". I can't take it anymore. This company has the WORST alarm service & poor equipment used! Please don't get locked into a financial agreement with them! Connection is awful & service is too!

This company is over charging me I call and ask them to lower my payment and they said they can not do it they guy that sign me up he lied about my income THEY DID NOT APPROVE ME.I THROUGH YOU ONLY HAVE 3 YEARS CONTRACT. THIS ONE IS 5 YEAR.SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME. I AM BEING OVER CHARGE.
