Fast & efficient on initial set-up and really fast on issuing invoices but terrible on any follow up needs, follow up issues, service calls... wont even return your calls, texts or emails. Ongoing issues with our system for well over a year and absolutely no help! Better value on a cheap $500 Arlo wireless sysrem from best buy.
I have had a broken alarm for 3 months now I have called numerous times they have not come over to fix it they have said that they have come over but they have not because I work from home and I know if they are here or not I do not suggest this service to anyone because they do not have enough staff.
