We had every intention of signing up for their services and their representative was short and rude, and would not provide answers to our questions, simply ignored them. We inherited an Alarm Illinois system with our new home and kept the service, but we are canceling after just two weeks. If you are looking for active monitoring, look elsewhere. We accidentally set off our alarm multiple times (ranging over 30 seconds), and the company never reached out to verify our safety. On top of that, trying to get them to transfer the existing video surveillance and quote us for new devices required constant follow-up and yielded zero actual help.
