I was "handed off" to AFS by my original alarm company owner and service provider several years ago. He made it sound like an administrative procedure. In other words - "send your monthly payments to them instead of me." My system started having issues 18 months ago and eventually stopped working and I could not even reach my original alarm person to get it running again. My alarm company has this company for billing and receiving payments. Over the years I have had a number of problems with them billing my checking account. The last one they billed my account for the monthly payment on the 21st when they should have billing on the 11th of the month. On the same day they toke my payment they toke additional funds from my checking account. There are better companies out there that will monitor your alarm system and give you the customer service you deserve. I have been waiting for over a year to get my yard sign and also talked to ****** the manager but to now available. I cancel my service in February 2017 and they continue to bill me. My initial contract was with another company and the transferred to this company. They are overpriced, rude and don't deliver the product offered. I have been paying for a monitoring system for a year that hasn't worked and I had to notify them. In order to get it back to working, they want me to pay exorbitant fees for new equipment and more than double my monitoring fees monthly. After being with them for 16 years, they also expect me to pay for a technician to reset my alarm so I can change monitoring companies.
