Truly disappointing. We spent thousands of dollars on a comprehensive burglar and fire alarm system less than a year ago. Now the communication system doesn’t work and no one can seem to fix it AND it’s not properly communicated to their dispatch center so I constantly have them calling me at all hours. The company is disorganized and ill prepared to handle their duties. If you’re planning on spending thousands of dollars to protect your investment/business I’d recommend elsewhere.

Your service tech Daniel came to our home to troubleshoot our system that had a failed communications issue. He was polite and respectful, and he competently restored our system’s second communication connection. He also helped change the batteries in some of our system’s detection devices like glass breaks and the like. We were pleased with the results of his efforts.
I cancelled my service with ADS via their website on October 7, 2024 (due to non-use). I contacted ADS on November 18 to insure cancellation as I had not received any response to my October request. Despite cancelling (and not using the service) on October 7, I was billed for service through November 18. They claim I needed to send an email request, and that a written request via their website "contact us" portal was insufficient (even though it is a written request, the same as an email). Jessie and Sandra have been wonderful to work with! They are super responsive and very helpful in issuing work orders to a community I manage. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Great job ladies! Your customer service is amazing!
