I’ve been using Alarm Boss for many years now, and they continue to exceed expectations. Their customer support is second to none, and every technician I’ve worked with has been professional, courteous, and highly skilled. It’s rare to find a company that consistently delivers this level of excellence. Highly recommend!
I would test the monitoring times as I waited over 1minute and 30seconds and didn't even receive a single call. This is now 3 times and no one has checked to see if we were safe or not. I called customer service and the rep couldn't even help as she didn't even know the exact response time. Other alarm companies are about 45 seconds. Also if you're looking to cancel they require it in writing and you have to give them 60 days notice. I've never seen such rubbish in my life.
Company is terrible, asked for support fell on deaf ears. the tech who installed the system when they pulled back the strike to install the wires they damaged the door which i Had to replace the. Then i had to pay somoene else to come in and fix there system. When i tried to be reasonable by only asking for 50% back to pay other contracters and trying to be amicable they went behind my back to charge back my cc. They are awful.
I was looking for a reputable camera security company to repair my existing system for a couple of years. Finally Alarm Boss was recommended to me. They did a fantastic job, very professional and would highly recommend them. They repaired all my cameras including the ones that were hard to get to.
Alarm Boss supplied and installed security cameras with NVR system at our residence recently. The whole process from initial visit to final handing over was well done in a timely and professional manner. The staff was courteous and well informed.
