I have used Alarca for my property management needs for quite a while and let me tell you, I am more than satisfied with their services. Specifically, my dedicated property manager, Roz Rangel is the best and pays close attention to all of my questions and requirements. Really impressed with her work.
Wish I could give zero stars. This is singlehandedly the worst company I have ever dealt with, not only for renting a property, but in general. Nobody knows what is going on. Every task they have you do leads to more uncertainty. You have to go through 3 different people to even find 1 that can answer a basic question about the property or their process. I’ve been renting from Alarca for almost a year and where do I begin…The staff is always so nice, courteous and quick to respond to emails, calls and requests! Miss Roz has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She’s kind and cares about her tenants. Hands down, I would recommend any and everyone to rent from Alarca and if you’re lucky enough hopefully your tenant advisor would be Miss Roz because she is the BEST!!

I rented from Alarca from Oct of 2020 to July of 2025. My biggest issue during my tenure, was the maintenance group. During my first 6 months living in the house, raw sewage was coming up through the floors. For the next 2 weeks, there were maintance folks coming and going, trying to fix the issue. First they pulled out wet wipes from the pipes and I was told "quit using wet wipes", ok I just moved in and we don't flush wet wipes. Next it was replacing the toilet, still no good.
