They have stolen from me. I moved out on 8/26/2019 and they have not refunded the proper amount of my deposit. It is now 11/21/2019 and I'm still fighting. They had me sign an addendum that there is no garage door opener and then when its time to move out they are charging me for it. Also some of the blinds didn't have sticks nor worked properly and they are trying to charge me for it as well. No one will call me to talk to me. This company is absolutely horrible to deal with. They will not fix things that are wrong with your rental without charging YOU for the contractor service call (they claim it is built into your lease). The air conditioning in our unit was out for 8 days in the middle of the summer in temperatures above 100°, and they told us that "air conditioning not working is not considered an emergency". This company makes sure that tenants' maintenance concerns are assisted accordingly. They also have portals where tenants can enter their maintenance issues, see their ledger balances while owners can view their statements for financial reports. Neat, right?
