My engagement ring made from a blue montana sapphire,diamonds and platinum some 25+ years ago needed an update. I gave Babs my idea of a modern design (think thick and chunky) using my beautiful blue round sapphire and accent it with a pair of new stones. These girls are ELITE! I came in, somewhat last minute(I was getting married in a month) to get my engagement ring resized, my fiancés ring, my wedding band custom made from my moms old ring and a special ring for my mom custom made and these ladies KILLED IT. Best experience I could have asked for. This review is about a year overdue but last June/July I came here after going to about 6 other jewelry places and immediately I was met with Chantelle. She came over to see what I was looking for and ask me questions and I explained everything and how my (then) girlfriend wanted a certain kind of ring. I can’t express how much I’ve enjoyed sitting down with Babs while visiting her gorgeous store, Alara. She is so knowledgeable, creative, and fair. We’ve worked with her on assessing family heirloom pieces, some of which she’s helped us place in auction and some of which she’s put on consignment. We came in hoping to sell some antique gold pieces and were not impressed with the service. The staff showed very little interest in helping us, and overall the experience felt unwelcoming and unprofessional
