I can’t express how much I’ve enjoyed sitting down with Babs while visiting her gorgeous store, Alara. She is so knowledgeable, creative, and fair. We’ve worked with her on assessing family heirloom pieces, some of which she’s helped us place in auction and some of which she’s put on consignment. I’ve bought gorgeous pieces from Alara’s collection—jewelry that I absolutely love. We came in hoping to sell some antique gold pieces and were not impressed with the service. The staff showed very little interest in helping us, and overall the experience felt unwelcoming and unprofessional
My partner and I are in Bozeman on the hunt for a Montana Sapphire for our engagement ring. I’m a silversmith and wanted to choose the stone for the ring in person and I’m so glad we came here! We had the best experience at Alara! Kaycee pulled a couple trays for us to sort through and she was so patient, friendly, and helpful. My Christmas gift this year was a beautiful ring from my husband from here. Excellent quality and they polished and boxed it right up for him. Looking forward to (hopefully) getting more jewelry from here again!
