This is hands-down. The best complex I have ever moved into and I was helped by Alyssa. She is by far. The best person I have ever worked with in applying for a place. She was extremely helpful super nice and any questions or problems I had She answered them right away, she wasted no time. Most awesome people I have met in a long time Anthony and Alyssa are beautiful individuals.
Decent apartment but they gouge you when they get every chance. I moved in January. Last week my upstairs neighbors water heater leaked into my main closet and ruined my items on the carpet. Management said they can't prevent leaks and I'm SOL. Despite paying a "smart home" fee every month with leak sensors right next to the water heater They blamed me for not reporting the leak when it was small. I love the environment and kids do as well and love how welcoming the staff is .
Best advice I can give for this place is please take pictures and videos of the ENTIRE apartment before and after moving. Otherwise chances are they will end up charging you a lot of money for “damages”. After giving them the keys early from our lease end date; we were asked if everything was okay with the apartment. My roommate stated it was. We cleaned, vacuumed, scrubbed and left the apartment cleaned. Just to receive an email a week later that we owed over $900 dollars.
