I love living here, management is awesome. If i have any maintenance work that needs to be done or anything they take care of it right away. My neighbor's are very nice, overall it's a good place to live.
It's a nice complex. Helpful management help get you in. Alyssa is who we worked with get in there and she did a great job with response while we wre trying to get in there. How ever when you fall behind the ridiculous fees on top of ridiculous fees making it impossible for resident to stay in summerfield. They can do better when it comes residents that fall behind not make it difficult for residence catch back up on rent. Piling and piling fees on top of fees on top of fee.
