I was told they accepted my insurance, until I had a bill for $600 and they informed me insurance wouldn’t cover it. Communication leaves much to be desired here. The office took all $600 out of my account without notifying me prior. Also, very awkward experience to have your therapist read Apple Watch messages during the therapy session.
Sarah Jones is awful. Was with her for two years and she dropped me the moment I had an issue with her.
Sarah Jones is the reason I quit my job. I experienced an unfortunate situation that left me in a mental health crisis. I required a note to request time off of work to recover. She spent multiple days getting back to me, forcing me to have miss several days at work causing unexcused absences. After that note ran out, I required more time. Not only did she not comply, when I required a separate note to return to work, she spent 5 extra days sending it, causing me to miss even more work.
