We lived at Be Mesa for about 2.5 years. For the first year and a half we had a horrible roach problem, from day one. When I spoke to management about it, we got a generic response, and pest control came and did a super quick spray (in and out in less than 3 mins). Obviously this did nothing for the problem. After numerous complaints, a year and a half in it had gotten so bad, that they finally dealt with it. Always a great day at be mesa. I reached out to the office because my screen door and blinds were not functioning properly. Very shortly after I hung up with the office, Marcus was at my door ready to help. He was very polite and respectful of my animals. They absolutely love him (Always a great sign)! He was professional, efficient and even went the extra mile to help me with my garbage disposal and my dishwasher too! Be mesa always has the best staff on the property and we as residents appreciate that!
When I say I love my apartment complex I'm not exaggerating! Be/Mesa cares about their residents and it shows each and everyday! From Jenny, Jenni and Lanna to maintenance always being here for us and always available. My neighbors are some of the nicest people I've met in awhile. A real feeling of community in an apartment complex.. The property manager is two faced and will tell you something to your face and do the opposite, do not trust anything she says! The ownership doesn't care about fixing the property unless it has to be done or making sure that maintenance has enough personal to cover all the issues this property has, ownership only cares about money and not about the residents that bring in the money, maintenance gets treated like slaves at this property and once someone cares and starts making a difference, I don't see them anymore and every... read more
