When I say I love my apartment complex I'm not exaggerating! Be/Mesa cares about their residents and it shows each and everyday! From Jenny, Jenni and Lanna to maintenance always being here for us and always available. My neighbors are some of the nicest people I've met in awhile. A real feeling of community in an apartment complex.. The property manager is two faced and will tell you something to your face and do the opposite, do not trust anything she says! The ownership doesn't care about fixing the property unless it has to be done or making sure that maintenance has enough personal to cover all the issues this property has, ownership only cares about money and not about the residents that bring in the money, maintenance gets treated like slaves at this property and once someone cares and starts making a difference, I don't see them anymore and every... read more
The property manager will lie to you in front of your face and promise things and never deliver, do not trust this place! The place is in chaos, the ownership doesn't care about the current residents or that the property has major problems, only about bring in money and spending as little as possible, do not and I say DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PROPERTY, YOU WILL REGRET MOVING IN, I GUARANTEE IT!
The manager Jenny took care of us to extreme measures. Anytime we had an issue it was dealt with professional and friendly. The assistant manager Jenny was also amazing we never had issues long here because something could be worked out. The ladies in the office and maintenance department made our year stay a dream. RUN!! Don’t be fooled by the 4.2 stars. Those are mostly from people that do NOT live there and never have, or they are about maintenance!! There’s new management and with that came a whole new office crew. They all act slow, and Jenny (the manager) is rude. She try her best to act professional but I see right through her. There’s ROACHES EVERYWHERE, even outside. They run past your feet. People allow their dogs to pee on this sidewalks, and YES, right by your front door too (I have attached pictures of dried up pee.
