Beautiful townhomes! The staff are amazing and so helpful! Liliana helped me throughout my whole moving process & she was awesome. Highlight recommend!
1st thing you will need to do BEFORE you apply is read what your "APPLICATION" says. It will state that if you decide to move forward from this point and get to the deposit stage you will LOOSE your 250.00 admin fee if you choose not to rent a unit after they are so inclined to provide you a lease to review. The leasing office here is amazing! We were in a very urgent situation to get into a home and Gricelda was absolutely amazing and more than accommodating, pushing our application through to get approved the same day! She gave of us a tour of every floorplan and explained all options. This is the first time I've felt truly accommodated by a property manager! Not to mention the units are absolutely beautiful :)
Gricelda was amazing and extremely helpful in answering our questions and explained everything in great detail. We loved her energy and passion about the property and was an absolute pleasure to speak with. You have a superstar working for you and cannot wait to speak with her again as we make our final decision. I encourage all potential new tenants to ask for Gricelda. As a leader of a large company, I understand how hard it is to find superstar employees, and you have one in Gricelda!
