This is hands down the worst place I’ve ever been for a haircut. They completely misunderstood what I asked for. I specifically told the barber I wanted to keep the hair on top and just get a high fade on the sides. Instead, he asked if I wanted a skin fade, and then immediately went for the clippers on the top. I expected him to ask how much length I wanted to keep on the top of sides, not touch the top. Update: the guys who have taken over from Alan are great! Very welcoming and accommodating. Still great for kids too - thanks guys! — Alan was fantastic with my young son, who isn’t a big fan of haircuts. They also have the booster seats and were extremely accommodating for kids and saw to us as soon as we walked in. Couldn’t fault the wonderful service. See you again soon!
Went in for a haircut today as had gone to the shop when it was Alan's Top Fades. New owner Vinesh / Binesh (sorry for any wrong spelling) is great. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend trying out B G Cutzz!
