This is a company that values its reputation more than squeezing dollars out of folks. I called Alan's Roofing in the morning after noticing some water spots on the ceiling, and the rep Jasson Aguilar arrived later that day for a free inspection and estimate. After seeing the issue was related to a careless solar heater panel installation, he took a video from the roof and explained the issue and discussed options to repair. We were very pleased with the entire process. Jasson, the sales representative was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us. There was virtually no wait to get the job done.
