We had Alan re-build our redwood deck and add a set of stairs leading to the lower part of our back yard. He figured out that because of the distance and elevation between the deck and the lower landing, an interim landing was necessary. His estimate was extremely detailed citing all the steps that would occur and the final fixed price. He also included a 3D sketch of how the steps and deck would look when finished.
