Terrible customer service, phone calls not returned, garbage not picked up, no communication, etc. We have moved on... Eleanor P. Perry was your customer for years and we have been waiting for a return call from your company for two weeks. We had to take her trash to the dump even though we had paid through June because your group would not pick up (3) bags.

I am not a customer of this company but this morning I witnessed a man who was driving one of the trucks do something that brought tears to my eyes. We were at the QT on Wade Green, I was in line behind you. I witnessed your patience and understanding for the young woman who was being trained. Your compassion was a breath of fresh air. At 430 in the morning, it's not common to find people like you. I hope you have an amazing day, Sir. God bless you!

Poor communication for when service will happen around the holidays and billing methods are horrible. In particular with the billing, I didn't always get their emails generated in quickbooks and they sent 1 email about payment and no reminders, which got swallowed up in my email box. Got so frustrated with the late fees and lack of understanding that I am cancelling as soon as possible! Not to mention they quoted one price but billed for $15 more per quarter after the first payment.
