I paid almost $200 for an arrangement for an occasion. I called several hours later to check on the order and they told me that they could not find it. They said that they would call me back when they found it, which they didn't. I had to go back and forth with them AND get other people involved just to get the order done. When the order was finally finished, it looked like they had picked out some of the worst flowers on purpose. I was embarrassed by the delivery. I would not recommend.

I made an order for a special occasion and got a phone call 8 hours later saying that someone didn’t go to work and flowers could not be delivered. When I called days later the woman on the phone was yelling at me to do the refund online but their website is not set up for this. I would not recommended this place.
