96° at 5pm and the AC outside unit just stops working. Alan’s Air was closed but their answering service contacted their on-call technician who came out, diagnosed the issue, replaced the crucial failed part and the house was cooling down by 8pm. The rapid response and fix is greatly appreciated!!

I had a problem with my AC unit and Alan's AC sent Coleton B. out to help. Coleton was extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and professional throughout the entire service call. He took the time to explain what was causing the issue and showed me several helpful tips and tricks to help prevent future problems.
