The crew showed up on time and were very courteous and polite. They put a drop cloth down to protect the floor and the even rolled back my bath mats to keep from getting them dirty when they use the bathroom. The guys were fun and funny and we all enjoyed listening to music from the '80s that I put on the TV. They cleaned up outside once they were done and you couldn't even tell that they were there. Alan's Air saved me a lot of money, the financing was fast, and the techs, Aj and Victor, were really professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything, were prompt, and good guys. They left the place clean and tidy. 2/5/26 Joshua was my technician who came out to check out our heat issues. He was in and out, made the job look easy, he was very warm and top notch.
