I was there(Alaniz Pediatric Clinic) this morning 11/12/14 around 11:30 because my daughter had woken up with half of her face swollen. The 2 ladies up front where extremely rude and lack of professionalism. I told them it was my first time there and rudely they asked me if my 9 year old daughter has ever been seen by another doctors and I said yes.
