Called to schedule a viewing of a property and was told by someone at the company other than who I was calling for that the property could not be sold with traditional financing because it had roof issues amongst other things. Turns out there were no roof issues and indeed sold to someone else with traditional financing. Misrepresenting a property this way for WHATEVER the reason should be grounds to lose your license. Do not trust this agency.
