Absolutely wonderful! We just moved to Reno and someone recommended Aland. I couldn’t be happier. Everyone was so nice and explained everything they were doing, treatment plan etc. The Dentist was Great, very personable and welcoming. Definitely found a great place here in Reno.
I have been a patient for over 10 years. Let's start with that. Over the years there were always billing issues and I just paid the bill. The front desk is like an episode of mean girls but I guess what upsets me the most is that after being 7 minutes late for an appt, and cancelling my appt no one for upper management called to fight for my business. I guess they don't care after all.
