I think she is great! Great follow-up and access to her from the portal or for an appointment . I’ve been her patient for about 3 years. She’s never let me down or left me hanging.
I work in hospice, and we partner with Alana often. I have rarely worked with a provider who cares about their patients more! Alana knows her patients and takes the time to understand their needs. Even after referring to hospice, she follows to ensure the care is exceptional!
Worst care anywhere. I wouldn’t sent my worst enemy to see her. Absolutely horrible.
