This person is only interested in her commission; she does not care about helping you as a human being. She lacks knowledge of what the contracts say and cannot have it because she does not speak English. It's not her language, she cannot read the contracts, and she doesn't understand them. Worst service ever, not professional at all. The house my girlfriend bought through this agent was not properly checked. It was her responsibility to ensure everything in the property was in order. As a realtor, she should have known that permits are required to purchase a property. The property has numerous unresolved issues with the city. I strongly advise against using this agent’s services to avoid unnecessary complications. Please people don’t let this lady ruin your moment and your wishes.
