I'm really enjoying my visits at Alana Fitness. Kristy and staff are so nice & knowledgeable. I've bought several "packages" - two for personal training with Sharissa (she is so good with senior women, like me) and i just bought 5 massage sessions with Lindai after yesterday's free special of a 5-minute massage. All in all, Alana will meet your needs.
I love this place! I've never been a fan of gyms but this place is something else. First of all I love it's a man-free place! Second, they have so many different classes to choose from. Third and most important they have personal trainers. Leah was so amazing during my session. I loved hearing her encouraging and explaining what exercises and machines I should be using.
