Samantha at Alana has been so helpful with booking my trip. There was a small hiccup with checking in for my trip but one call and she fixed it for me quickly. I highly recommend for your vacation booking!
Not professional; did nothing to assist--nothing but false promises. Got another travel agency who is very professional, worked diligently on our behalf; no broken promises. Would not recommend Alana International to anyone.
