Alana was amazing. She asked great questions, listened carefully to my answers, made concrete and actionable suggestions, and showed patience and compassion through out my visit. 5 stars, but only because there isn't an option for 6.
PA Alana Emerich was great. Friendly, genuinely caring, generous with her time and listened closely and empathetically to my serious GI concerns. I thought she did a thorough assessment and scheduled a procedure, the dreaded colonoscopy, for further evaluation. I felt like I was in good and capable hands with Alana Emerich.
