Waited 1 1/2 hours peeped for a procedure for dr. Desai. She was late because she had two phone calls.

She cancels on you often. When I need her she’s never available. Last year I tried to get in with her, cause I was having kidney stone issues I was told to go to emergency room. Went to hospital. Ended up being admitted 2 days. Had a stone caught and tore. Ran fever. When checking out they said to get with Dr. Desai. Tried calling to set up appointment, I was told Dr. cant see me. I told them I was told to see her within 7 days. Didn't make any difference. DrDesai not available.asked if I could see someone else in their offi... read more

Dr Desai is the best! She is caring and confident and a talented physician, I felt very comfortable throughout my whole surgery process. Joann, the surgery coordinator is excellent, scheduled every detail to the T and made sure that all entities were on the same page. always being prompt and proactive. I would definitely recommend Dr Desai and Joann to my family members as well as anyone else! They certainly go above and beyond and set an example of what true medicine and patient care shou

I have no doubt that Dr. Desai is a competent physician. We had an unpleasant experience in her office. I took my 94 year old mother for her yearly appointment, arriving at 2:30 for a 2:30 appointment. She finally got in to see Dr. Desai at 4. An hour and a half wait is too much for a 94 year old patient. If we had been told at 2:30 that the doctor was running late we might have rescheduled. We were not informed that appointments were running late until 60 minutes had passed.
