Dr. Chow is the reason my son has depth-perception. Had I not visited him 10 years ago, I would not have understood that the brain locks in dual eye usage by 12 years. Fixing lazy eyes needs to start EARLY, and no one had ever told me that before. I would have kicked myself if I found out too late - but DR. CHOW! Oh and he helped me too - by correcting one of my prior surgeries from almost 50 years ago. Highly, highly, highly recommend.
Dr Chow is a phenomenal eye surgeon. I have been told for DECADES that my misaligned eyes would require prism weighted glasses, with NO other options. So I searched for a strabismus surgeon who cares for adults (as well as babies/children) with misaligned eyes. Dr Chow has been our opthalmologist for over twenty years. A top doctor located in the heart of Glen Ellyn. Very Covid safe office.
Not very good. Charges $39.00 each visit. I have insurance so I should not be charged anything. He prescribed glasses that did not work.
Dr. Chow is an outstanding ophthalmologist. He is extremely thorough and committed. Our family has faced some challenging issues, and Dr. Chow has pursued every potential explanation. While we don’t have a reason for our daughter’s visual field defects, or a diagnosis as of yet, Dr. Chow is continuing to explore potential causes and the appropriate course of action. HE IS THE BEST!!
My son had been a patient of Dr. Chow for several years and he diagnosed his strabismus and has performed 2 surgeries on his eyes. Dr Chow takes is time to explain in grate detail what his findings are and how to proceed. I have complete trust in Dr. Chow and would not go to any other Opthalmologist. I drive well over an hour to see him! Thanks to Dr. Chow and Heather for all they do!
Dr Chow has performed strabismus surgery on me twice - about 24 years apart, (last one last month) once per eye. Both were very much needed, and very successful. He is dedicated, deeply experienced and professional.
My son had crossed eyes and Dr chow fixed them through surgery to make them perfectly straight!
