Bryson overall did a good job. A couple of things happened that were unfortunate and unprofessional in my view that leads me to an overall rating of 2/5 stars. We had discussed window tinting, which was done as I asked, but there was a nearly $400 add-on for the brakes to flash when you apply them. I get that it's a safety feature, but we had not discussed it beforehand, and when I got there Bryson told me that they "put this on all our cars" and that there was no choice in the matter.
