I would give no stars if that was an option. Our geothermal heat pump quit working Friday. We called first thing Saturday to get a tech to come service it. My husband talked to an answering service twice Saturday morning. They transferred him to a technician who told him he would be here after lunch. Obviously his lunch time is different than ours.
