Dr. Akroyd was my GP for the two years I lived in Ashland and his care was outstanding. He was candid and direct with me, all the while showing genuine interest in my condition at any given time. Dr. Akroyd also answered any questions clearly and without hesitation, as well as taking into consideration my thoughts about matters--specifically my experience with any specialists to whom he referred me. I found his staff to be similarly professional and helpful. Overall, a very good experience.
He's a wonderful doctor. The staff is great. He cares about his patients. I feel very confident in his care.
Its been a great experience.He's knowledgeable and experienced and has always taken the time to get to the bottom of my medical issues. He's caring and compassionate and I will miss him when he retires.(I realize that being a medical practitioner in 2016 is difficult too many constraints on time spent with patients .)Dr. Ackroyd does his best.Interestingly enough,my friends are already his patients-that says it all
