In quickly, paid close attention to my questions and concerns and scheduled appropriate follow ups.
Dr. Thom and Nurse Johnson and reception staff could not be better at making me feel comfortable. The receptionist who helped me, laughed with me as we muddled through a co-pay issue, she was a great problem solver, and she couldn't have been kinder. Nurse Johnson could not have been more professional and interested in me and my health. Dr. Thom is a great diagnostician mostly because he is a great listener and I feel like he really cares about me. My visits are focused on proactive health and complete wellness.
